Upward Bound Hilo provides various services to high school students who qualify and are accepted.

• Educational, cultural, enrichment field trips
• College tours
• Assistance completing college admissions, Financial Aid & scholarship applications
• Six week summer residential academic enrichment program on the University of Hawaii at Hilo campus
• Summer exchange opportunities to other colleges with Upward Bound Programs
