New Streamlined Process

Only classes from an approved HITS program can use the video conferencing rooms. Information on this process is being gathered.

However, once approved, there is a four step process to schedule a time/space and receive and orientation to video conference teaching and learning.

1. Faculty need to create an account. floor plan of hits rooms

2. Once you have an account, you can log in and fill out ONE system form, ITS DL Course Form.

3. All requests, yours included, will be reviewed. You will be notified the results of the review.

4. If time/space is approved, UH Hilo Media Design and Production Specialist, David Scott, will welcome you with your room assignment plus an orientation.
