Women's Simple Self Protection Skills

This is a simple skills workshop designed for & taught to women 18 or over that differs from your typical self-defense or martial arts class. Rather than to control, subdue or dominate, the focus is on avoiding and quickly escaping, disabling attacker if necessary. Awareness, body mechanics and movements will help to accomplish this. Jan 18-Mar 21, Wed, 5-6:30pm, K109, 10 classes, $35, $30 materials fee payable to instructor on first day of class for safety pads and selected TSA approved deterrents.
