Beginning Pilates Matwork

This beginning matwork class based on the Pilates principles of strengthening and flexibility. The class will focus on developing core strength but involves a complete mindful whole body workout. Students will need to bring their own pilates or yoga mat, and a resistance band for stretching. Kea Kapahua, certified Pilates Master Trainer/Educator with Balanced Body, instructs.
