Pilates Matwork (Beginning)

Fitness For Life - University of Hawaii at HiloThis beginning matwork class based on the Pilates principles of strengthening and flexibility is taught by UH Pilates instructor Celeste Staton. The class will focus on developing core strength but involves a complete mindful whole body workout. Students will need to bring their own pilates or yoga mat, and a resistance band for stretching. Minimum 12 students required.

Jan 17-Mar 20, Tues, 4:30-5:30pm, UH Hilo Old Gym, 10 classes, $70
