Understanding Workstyle Differences:

Discover your behavior style in this short workshop. Nancy Lombard, Certified Instructor with the Effectiveness Institute, will give participants a personalized work style assessment which will then lead into discussions about what that particular work style means. Understanding your behavior style (persuader, stabilizer, controller or analyzer) as well as those of your colleagues, supervisors, employees or customers will lead to increased effectiveness, better communication, and a more harmonious work environment. Taking a few hours out of your day now may lead to better long term work satisfaction and fulfillment later.

June 16, Sat, 9-11:30am, 1 class, 891 Ululani St, $60 plus $20 materials fee for workbook

Stepping Up to Supervisor:

Led by Nancy Lombard, Certified Instructor with the Effectiveness Institute.

Apr 14 & 21, Sat, 8:30am-12:30pm, 2 classes, 891 Ululani St, $150
