Fitness For Life - University of Hawaii at HiloThis beginner level tap dance course will introduce students to the concept of rhythm production and tap dance techniques.  Students will explore tap through history, basic body mechanics and learn foundational tap steps and choreography.  Instructed by Stephanie Collins, who began dance training at age 4 in the Chicagoland area.  She also has performed and choreographed locally, most recently for the Big Island Burlesque troupe, Birds of Paradise.

Participants will also receive a special discounted price to the UHH PAC Rhythmic Circus show, "Feet Don't Fail Me Now" on March 11 at 7:30pm! 10 participant minimum required to receive discount. Students will need to purchase their own tap shoes.
