  • Aquaculture of local marine fish species: opakapaka (pink snapper), kahala (Almaco jack), hapuʻupuʻu (giant grouper)
  • Nutrition and feeding of fish
  • Use of plant/algae-derived protein and lipid ingredients in feeds for carnivorous fish
